Stacks

Support

Write to stacks@redcollar.io. A person reads it.

Deleting your account

Settings, then Delete account, inside the app. It takes your shelves, your items and your notes with it. You do not need to write to anybody to do it, and nothing is kept back to make you change your mind.

Something is wrong about one of my items

The picture, the link and the line describing what a thing is are found or written for you, and they are sometimes wrong. Open the item and edit it. Anything you set by hand is yours and is never written over later.

My shelf is showing up somewhere I did not expect

A public shelf can be opened by anybody with its link, and appears in search and in the collections that gather things across people. A private shelf does neither. You can switch a shelf between the two at any time from the shelf itself.

Reporting something

Use the report action on the item, shelf or person, or write to stacks@redcollar.io with a link. Tell us what it is and why, and the link is the part that helps most.

Getting into the beta

Stacks is on iPhone, in private beta. Write to stacks@redcollar.io and say hello.

Asking for your data

Write to stacks@redcollar.io and ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion. What we hold and who else sees it is set out on the privacy page.
